Movement is my North Star. I’m a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with 15+ years of dance and fitness experience. I train clients of all ages—helping them build strength, confidence, and long-term habits through customized programs that make movement sustainable, challenging, and fun.

Building Strength From Within
Movement has always been the thread that connects everything I do. With a background in dance and a lifelong passion for fitness, I’ve seen how physical movement can spark transformation far beyond the body — it influences confidence, focus, and joy.
As an AFAA/NASM-certified personal trainer and group instructor, I design results-driven programs that combine strength training, HIIT, and functional movement. My classes and personal training sessions support adults, teens, and kids in building endurance, balance, and power.
Today, I train clients one-on-one and in small groups, both in-person and online, creating programs that fit their real lives — weight loss, strength, mobility, injury prevention, and long-term performance.
What I Believe
Fitness should be accessible, empowering, and enjoyable. One of my most meaningful experiences was leading a YMCA wellness program for teens, where we combined healthy cooking with movement education. Watching their confidence build reminded me that fitness is a tool for more than muscle — it builds self-belief and community.
