Movement is my North Star. I’m a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with 15+ years of fitness experience. I train clients of all ages and lead group classes using structured, goal-driven programming that focuses on movement quality, strength development, and long-term results.

An Intentional Approach to Fitness
Movement has always been central to how I train and coach. With a lifelong background in fitness and dance, I’ve seen how consistent, intentional movement supports not just physical strength, but focus, confidence, and overall well-being.
As an AFAA/NASM-certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and dancer, I design results-driven programs that blend strength training, HIIT, and functional movement. My approach supports adults, teens, and kids in improving endurance, balance, coordination, and power—while prioritizing proper mechanics and long-term progress.
Today, I train clients one-on-one and in small groups, both in-person and online. Programs are tailored to real-life goals, including weight management, functional strength, injury rehabilitation and prevention, and athletic performance.

Small group sessions (2–4 people) that bring the motivation of a team with the focus of personalized coaching. You’ll challenge each other, build consistency, and celebrate progress together in a supportive, high-energy environment. Ideal for friends, couples, or coworkers ready to level up.

Cardio Dance Classes
A blend of dance-inspired fitness, coordination, and cardio designed to build strength and rhythm while keeping movement fun. Rooted in over 15 years of dance experience, these sessions use choreography, musicality, and full-body movement to improve cardiovascular health, balance, and confidence.
Fitness Beyond the Gym
I believe fitness is about building for longevity—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Some of my most meaningful work has come from creating programs that extend beyond the gym, including leading a YMCA wellness initiative for teens that combined movement education with healthy cooking.
That experience reinforced something I carry into all my coaching today: fitness is a powerful tool for building confidence, self-trust, and connection. When people understand how to care for their bodies, they gain skills that support them far beyond a single workout.
